Others include Terrot, Gnome & Rhône, Dollar, Voxan..., as well as Sherco, which produces Trials and Enduro motorcycles. There is a great variety of models, some of which do not really leave enthusiasts like us indiferent, such as Newron motors which is based in the center of Paris, or Avinton in the south of France. Brands or models of motorcycles to discover or rediscover. For the uninitiated, France is the country where most of the motorcycle brands in the world were born. It is the stronghold of Peugeot, which was one of the biggest manufacturers of two-wheelers in the world. It is the birthplace of the De Dion-Bouton motor, the most widespread single-cylinder at the beginning of the 20th century and copied by Harley. Although this is no longer reflected nowadays, France can be classified in history as THE country of motorcycles.
